FCP Showcase Teams
FCP is an elite travel team coached by Charlie Karstedt under Full Circuit Athletics, LLC. The goal of this program is not only to develop great baseball teams, but more so to develop great young men. The team participates in Summer League play, as well as tournaments outside New York State and the Buffalo area. FCP teams train close to 10 months out of the year improving their skills on the field, and within the weight room to increase strength and speed.
2015 the FCP Showcase team played at the following college venues; (Kent State, Akron, Binghamton, Cornell, Marist, St. Bonaventure, Slippery Rock, Mercyhurst, U of R, Fredonia State, and many more) In doing so our players are exposed to college coaches and gives them the opportunity to be openly recruited not only by those schools we visit, but surrounding programs who come out to watch the team play.
*2015 Showcase Season Recap*
Our season began at the Binghamton University and Cornell University Showcase Event. This event is a showcase setting in which there is no win/loss or bracket system. It is designed solely for players to get a chance to showcase their abilities in front of the over 20 schools who atteneded from all over the north east. The following week our tournament season began. The FCP boys finished 1st or 2nd in 6 of the next 8 events they attended. (one rained out). As a coaching staff we could not be more proud of the resiliency our team showed all summer long. They extended a tradition of hard work and blue collar baseball that the Full Circuit Program has worked hard to develop in the western new york area.
2014 As a Showcase Team, the FCP program particpated in various Showcase level tournaments from Notre Dame University, Maryland University, Towson University, Slippery Rock University, Mercyhurst University, Johnstown PA (Flood City Elite Prospect Wire), as well as local events in the Buffalo and Rochsester area. The team finished with a 32-17-2 overall record in a highly competitive 18u schedule. More importantly the team was able to see a lot of college campuses which helped in their decision on where to pursue their academic future. After their Showcase seasons, a majority of the FCP team will have the opportunity to go on to play collegiately. Some have already verbally committed to play from the D1, D2, D3, and JUCO levels. The list of college commitments will be posted shortly. "I could not be more proud of the time and effort these boys have put into both their academics and athletics throughout the past few years. They've proven to not only be standout ball players in the WNY area but also class act young men and dedicated students in the classroom. I'm excited to see where these young men will end up. I just hope they take the lessons they've learned on the baseball diamond and apply them to their lives moving forward." -Owner Charlie Karstedt
2013 This Season, the Power competed at the showcase level as only a 16u team and had a great summer. Not only did they manage to advance to the finals day in every tournament they participated in but they won the Lancer Classic in Lewiston NY, and finished 2nd in the Battle of the Falls.
2012 As a 15u team, the Power proved itself to be one of the premier teams in the area at their age group. They finished 2nd after losing in the Championship game of the "WNY Boys of Summer" league. They also proved to themselves that they could compete with the best talent from both the East Coast and Mid-West regions in the 3 out of state tournaments they competed in.
Coach Karstedt uses his experience and contacts to showcase his players to as many colleges both locally and out of state as possible. The Power will begin it's off-season training through the winter, leading into it's 2014 season as a Showcase team.

Full Circuit Power 18u Fall Team
Coach Karstedt and the FCP Staff also run a fall team beginning in September and running through Mid-October for high school aged players to have a chance not only to extend their recruiting process but also play some great compeition against local Junior College programs.
The 2015 FCP Fall Team is set to compete against Mercyhurst North East, Monroe Community College, Niagara County Community College, Onondaga Community College, and Jamestown Community College already.
During the 2014 Fall season the FCP crew competed against Onondaga CC, Monroe CC, Niagara CC, Jamestown CC as well as an 18u schedule of teams from Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse areas.
During the Fall of 2013 the Power not only competed against local college competition such as MCC, NCCC, JCC, and Gannon University, but also traveld to South Bend Indiana to play in a showcase tournament at Notre Dame which they were able to win their bracket outright.
