At Full Circuit Athletics we put the players first.  Our goal is simply to maximize each player's full potential.  Owner Charlie Karstedt makes it his primary goal to give each player the individual instruction that he or she needs to take their game to the next level.  Each player is taught based not only on their ability level, but also their optimal learning style.  Charlie firmly believes that every child is different and therefore cannot be taught the same.

*The FCP program is designed first and foremost for player development.  Though we have a winning tradition, the #1 priority is teaching young ball players how to play the game the right way and pull every ounce of potential out of each player that comes through our program.  As coaches our goal is to develop our players at young ages so that when it comes time to be exposed to showcase style workouts and potential recruiting events, our players are prepared to play at their highest level.  As a coach and mentor to these young players I make it my goal to give every player that comes through our showcase team the opportunity to play collegiate baseball at the highest level that he is able to compete at, while receiving a quality education. I use the network of coaches that I've developed over the years to put our players in front of the right coaches at the right times to help them reach their goals of playing at the next level.  If your son has a real interest in developing his game and surroudning himself around great compeition and coaching, contact fullcircuitathletics@gmail.com and let us know what tryout dates you plan to attend.  Use this email address for all others inquiries about the travel program as well.

*As an Associate Scout with the Minnesota Twins, Coach Karstedt now has the ability to get players invites to some of the most prestigious Major League Baseball workouts in the country including East Coast Pro Showcase, and MLB Area Code Games.  Players must be invited to these pro workouts by an MLB scout in order to attend.  3 players from the FCP Showcase program were invited in the 2015 season.

*Email Coach Karstedt ASAP at fullcircuitathletics@gmail.com if you plan to attend either of the open tryouts.

"2015 Full Circuit Athletics P3 Arm Strength Program"
Owner Charlie Karstedt and Fran Herrmann, PT, CSCS will be teaming up this winter to run an arm strength and arm care program like no other around.  Using a proven method, based on proper warm up, band work, long toss, weighted baseballs, and plyometrics, we will not only develop arm strength but also prevent injury and teach players how to properly take care of their arms in season.  This is a serious program for serious players and will be  limited to only 10 players per session.  To be considered for this program please contact Owner Charlie Karstedt.

"Good Luck Tom Murphy and Jason Kanzler"

Two close friends of the Full Circuit family will be entering their professional baseball seasons this month.  3rd round draft pick Tom Murphy is a catcher with the Colorado Rockies organization and after a great 2013 year was invited to Major League Camp.  This is a great opportunity for Tom and we're very proud of him.   Follow his progress in 2014.  Good Luck Murph.

Jason Kanzler, a former centerfielder at the University at Buffalo will be entering his 2nd season with the Minnesota Twins organization.  After putting in a lot of hard work in the off season, Jason's in great shape to have an awesome 2014 season. Good Luck to some former Bulls!!!
